Although it never was a real obstacle in the superpower's pursuit of invulnerability the official announcement still shocks me. But since even Putin signalled understanding and thinks a compromise in possible, I have given up all hope that this monster can be put on mothballs.But don't say I didn't warn you: A ground based missile defence or similar systems are neither justified nor technically feasible.
